Rwanda is strengthening biodiversity planning through integrated spatial mapping, updated environmental regulations, and innovative financing via the Rwanda Green Fund. Ongoing efforts in protected-area expansion, restoration, and community benefit programs support progress toward national conservation goals and Target 3.
